It's no secret that the City of Louisville's official website is in need of a redesign. For years, we've heard from you that the website is difficult to navigate, confusing, outdated, and hard to search. We believe that a city website should be easy to navigate and understand, so that you can get the information you need quickly and move on with your day!
City Council funded a website redesign as part of the 2025/2026 budget process. As we explore options for a new city website, we want to know what your top priorities are as a user of the site. Please take the 5-minute, 10-question survey below to provide your feedback. This feedback is anonymous and will be used by city staff and our website vendor to ensure our new city website checks all of the boxes for our community.
