Over the years, we’ve heard about gaps in cell service throughout Louisville. The City is working to identify ways that we can work with service providers to improve coverage. Our first step is to better understand where cell service is consistently poor or unavailable.

We need your help! Use the map on this page to place pins in the general areas where you experience poor or no cell service. The location does not need to be exact, but please place your pin as close to the problem area as possible.

It’s okay if multiple people place pins in the same area. In fact, we encourage it! We want to hear from as many people as possible so we can better understand where service gaps are happening.
