Louisville City Council has entered into an agreement for purchase of 101 S. Taylor, a 56,000 square foot building and 7.96 acre property in the Colorado Tech Center.

The purchase agreement, approved by City Council on March 3, includes a due diligence period. During this time, the City is gathering input from the community before deciding whether to complete the purchase.

We need your help! City Council would like to understand the community's thoughts on the purchase so they can make an informed decision before the due diligence period closes and purchase is finalized. Use this project page to share your thoughts, take our survey, ask questions, and get more information on the property.

A survey and other opportunities to engage are coming soon.

In the meantime, we know you have a lot of questions, like:

  • What will this property be used for, if purchased?
  • How will this purchase be paid for?
  • How did this opportunity come about and why is City Council interested in purchasing this property?

Check out the FAQs in the sidebar for the answers to these questions and more!
